[MW:32732] Regarding weldability and properties of MS and 20MnCr5

Please suggest the welding properties of mild steel, 20MnCr5 and EN19, and its procedure for TIG welding. Also please suggest which one would be better MS or 20MnCr5 considering the weight parameter.
