example  In case PQR qualified with  preheat  of  90°C ,  your WPS  minimum preheat temperature is 35°C . your are allowed to weld decreasing 55°C. You shall not weld preheat below or equal to 34°C. If you are decreasing pre-heat tepm. More then 55c it will be essential variable. In this this case you need re-qualification.
