Dear Team,
Can anybody suggest for below detail required to fill in MDR of U Stamp Pressure Vessel.
Abbreviations used:  NA-Not applicable, MOC-Material of construction, DOE-Degree of examination, RT-Radiographic test, 
H.T - Heat Treatment 
All Dimensions are in mm, Pressure in Psi(g) (MPa(g)) & Temperature in °F  (°C).
Hydrotest position is Vertical.  
Note 1- Nozzle to Shell / Head attachment weld with R.F.Pad as per Fig. UW-16.1(C-1), category 'D',Type No.7, DOE-Visual,
RT-None, Joint efficiency-NA
Note 2-Nozzle to Head attachment weld with R.F.Pad & intrnal projection as per Fig. UW-16.1(c-1), category 'D', Type No.7, 
DOE-Visual, RT-None, Joint efficiency-NA
Note 3- Nozzle to Head attachment attachment weld  as per Fig. UW-16.1(c), category 'D', Type No.7,  DOE-Visual, 
RT-None, Joint efficiency-NA  
Note 4-Nozzle to shell attachment weld with R.F.Pad as per Fig. UW-16.1(d-1), category 'D',Type No.7, DOE-Visual, 
RT-None, Joint efficiency-NA
Note 5- Nozzle to shell attachment weld as per Fig. UW-16.1(p-2), category 'D', Type No.7,  DOE-Visual, RT-None,

Note 6 - Nozzle to flange attachment weld (Category 'C' weld) - Type No.(1), RT- exempted as per UW-11(a), DOE-Visual, 
Joint efficiency-1.00
Note 7 - Nozzle to flange attachment weld (Category 'C' weld) - Type No.(1), RT-Full as per UW-11(a), DOE-Visual, 
Joint efficiency-1.00
Vessel is under corrosive service hence Inspection Openings are provided as per UG-46(f)(3) & UG-46(g)(1)
Vessel is under corrosive service, Drain opening Nozzle N2 (DN 200) is provided as per UG-25(f).
Post Forming Heat Treatment (PFHT) exempted for Shell, Head & Manhole Neck  as per UG-79 & UCS-79.   
Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) Exempted as per UW-2, UCS-56.
Impact Test is exempted as per- UG-20(f), UCS-66(a) &  FIGURE UCS-66M, UCS-66(c)' FIGURE UCS-66 GENERAL NOTE (c), 
UCS-67(a).
Special Service - None.
Over pressure protection device is not directly mounted on vessel,  Design supply of pressure safety device is not in
