[MW:17528] Welder Qualification Thickness Limit

Dear Experts
 
Welder qualification qualified thickness range under ASME Sec IX.
Only maximum qualified weld metal thickness limit given in QW-452.1(b). Is there any minimum thickness limit? Or the minimum thickness is as per WPS which is to be used for production weld? Please advice ….
