Weld joint Post weld heating 100°C one hour should be maintained.
Electric coil heating is preferred to maintain proper temperature.
Based on thickness PWHT to be done.
To ensure weld quality go for helium leak test.

Dear Group Members,
-- We are working with material SA 335 P9 8mm thickness, which has a P number of 5B. For welding this material, we are using consumables ER 80S-B8 or optionally ER90S-B91.
I would like to request members who have experience welding with ER 90S-B91 (closely related to ER90S-B9) to share any necessary precautions or considerations that should be taken during welding.refere below we are taking care,
1.Preheat to 210 degree centigrade minimum.
2. Interpass 300 degree centigrade maximum.
3. What are other recommended?
