I have doubts about some clauses of ASME SEC IX. Please clarify the below queries.
1) Please explain in which case table QW 451.2 will be applicable during qualification of WPS. Please elobrate with example.
2) Please explain the meaning of QW 202.4 with example.
3) Please explain the meaning of QW 217(b)with example.
