[MW:26229] Minimum diameter two welders can be engaged at one time

Dear Experts,

In our project we have diameters from 2" to 8" thickness range of 5mm to 15mm and construction code is ASME V31.3 / 31.4 / 31.8

Our construction is engaging two SMAW welders at one time in 4" and 6" diameter pipes for more production.

As per code what is the minimum diameter restriction where two welders can be engaged at one time.

What will be the effect on weldment if we engage two welders at one time.

Regards

R. Kandula
