[MW:25566] Blind thickness

Dear All,
I need to perform a hydrotest for DN1400 line at 9bar, the calculated blind thickess is around 40mm.
We have a 20mm plate available with us. Can someone guide me to add stiffeners to this 20mm plate so that it can substitute the 40mm thk one.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
