Hi All,

I have a question regarding EN 10204 3.1 certificates that I was hoping you could help me with.

We are an ISO certified company, but a client is requesting that we provide them with a certificate containing our company logos and letterheads etc. but we do not make the part. We import them, and therefore the certificate contains the sub-vendor's details. Would it be legal for us to change the sub-vendors details and replace them with ours? Or should we just inform the client this is not allowed? We run pressure tests and various other tests on the parts, but i'm not sure if this changes anything.

I can't seem to find any information regarding this type of question, and I would be most grateful for any help regarding this query.

Many thanks and kind regards,

Lauren Gosling
