[MW:25321] Hard Facing_Stellite 6 _reg

Dear all,

While doing Hard facing Overlay of stellite 6  on carbon steel and stainless steel  cracks observed during second layer and third layer


Base Material:SA 516 Gr 70 (15 mm thk) & SA 240 TP 316 L(15 mm thk)
Electrode:ECoCrA
Process: SMAW
Overlay thickness:6 mm

How to avoid the cracks during hard facing?
