[MW:25247] Foced cooling by air on Inconel GTAW overlay

Dear Experts, 

             I am doing GTAW inconel overlay in I.D of carbon steel pipe. Can I use forced air cooling form outside on carbon steel pipe for fast cooling to avoid interpass temperature??
