Dear Mr. Vivek,

QW-403.5 is supplementary essential variable when notch toughness requirement is there. It is applicable for change in Group No. within the same P No. of PQR. If you have qualified P-1 to P-8 then your qualified base metal shall be P-1 to P-8 only as QW-424.
