Hi Siva ,
 
16-8-2 is a highly technical welding consumable.Though originally develop for boiler applications (by B&W) this electrode is used commonly in the "refinery applications (see the deatils attached).
 
Your other choice could be conventional SS 316, as per SFA 5.4  and  SFA 5.9.
