Thanks, but declared information by u is limited to Material only,

For Material I do not have any problem, I am quite concerned about welding

dear Purvin,
your material and weld procedure tested at minus 100 degC holds good for minus 106degC. Refer section VIII div 1 table UG 84.4  for yield strength less than 280Mpa. SA 203 Gr E fits into.
