i am preparing PQR for overlay with the following on SA516 GR 701)DUPLEX E2209 (SMAW 3.15 dia)

3) MONEL ERNICU-7 + ERCUNI (MIG 1.2 dia sloid wire)
4) DUPLEX ER2209 (MIG 1.2 dia solid wire)
my question is1) is the pure chemistry of filler(consumable) must for qualifying CORROSION
RESISTANT OVERLAY PQR2) at what HEIGHT from base metal can I expect to get pure chemistry for
above all consumable?
