Subject: [MW:18836] PQR for Gr. P91

Dear Experts,

I need to do a  PQR for SA335 Gr.P91. The maximum thickness requirement for site welding is 30.96 mm. I am planning to use 6" sch 160(18.24 mm) pipe as it is available with us. But I need to confirm whether welding of one such piece is enough or not as we have to do 2 tension & 4 side bend tests. Please confirm the other requirements also.
