[MW:17448] Weld Seam & drain point overlapping...

Dear Experts , 

Weldolet ( Drain point ) is overlapping Long  seam of 48 inch  90 deg LR Elbow .. 

Design pressure : 96  Bar

Design temp ( Max/Min) : 80/5 deg C

Hydrotest Pressure : 120 Bar 

NDT : 100 % RT , MPI 

Application : Subsea 

Service: Offshore Non Sour, Non Corrosive , HC Crude Blended Oil 

Spec : ASME B 31.4 

Elbow Spec: ASTM A 860 WPHY 65 WLDD 

Kindly refer attached snap .. 

My Question is what should be the NDT to be performed before & after welding of weldolet ? please put code/client  reference .. ( Any ) 

( Kindly let me know if more information is required)
