DEAR,

REPLY IN RED  TO YOUR QUERIES.

1) What type of Process can be used ? TIG or MIG - TIG MORE PREFERABLE
2) What type of Consumables can be used? CONSUMABLE SHALL BE SAME AS BASE METAL COMPOSITION
3) What type of gases to be used and their Purity Level? - ARGON HIGH PURITY LEVEL
4) Heat Treatement ? - NO PREHEATING &  PWHT IN TWO STEP A) SOLUTION TREATMENT AT 820 C FOR 1 hr B) FULL AGEING TREATMENT AT 480 C FOR 3 hr.
5) what are the welding conditions to be followed when welding this steel?-  A) HIGH HEAT INPUT ARE AVOIDED  B) ELEVATED TEMP. FOR LONG PERIOD IS AVOIDED C) DONOT PREHEAT & KEEP INTERPASS BELOW 250 F.
