Weld map is part your QC documentation to correlate each weld or a group of similar welds to the applicable WPS. it can be either a line sketch, tabular or in any other form. 

You can prepare an index of all the WPS applicable for this project and indiacte WPS number against the each piping class. it is the easiest way.

Please share, some knowledge. We need to weld process pipes ranging from 2" to 16" (seamless sch. 40 to sch 160) and hence the request.
