Dear Ratheesh,

Basically NACE MR 0175 requies the following:

1) Manufacturing Process (if your pipe is of a reputable manufacturer,
it is most probably OK)
2) Chemical Analysis (Carbon and some alloying elements has a maximum
limit. Check the Standard yourself)
3) Hardness (Maximum of HRC 22 or equivqlent. Again check it yourself)

These can be easily verified by field tests (portable hardness tester
and PMI equipment). The rest is a matter of negotiation with your
client and getting his approval...!!!
