Re: [MW:16698] NACE material

Dear Ratheesh,
Please talk to client whether they can accept based on Hardness test and material identification by optical emission.
You can substantiate these two major requirements of NACE based on test results.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Dear Experts,

I have encountered some problem in my project site. Some NACE material, pipe spools arrived in the site without proper pipe spool identification. Now client is asking to prove that the material is NACE .Some people suggested to cut sample coupon from these pipe spools and sen to laboratory for mechanical tests and whatever tests which are required to prove the NACE conformance. But because of the remote location of the project site,it will be difficult for us to do that within a time limit. So can anyone suggest some method to identify the NACE material, any test which can be carried out in the site itself.
