[MW:16831] Air bleed ducting pipework RT requirement

Dear ASME B31.3 experts

We are in a situation now to fabricate 4" and 6" Stainless S piping with 3 mm wall thk. The NDT requirement is under question. This is the Generator exhaust ducting pipework and intended pressure is about 23 Bar in the gen outlet. Is the any reason for requirement of 100% RT on the butt welds? Generally what type of NDT except Dye pen is applicable in such system as per ASME B31.3?
