Hi,
What you have found is a lack of quality problem from your side and you can not blame your sub contractor. In the view of solve this issue, you can do RT on the weld seams of each welder welded and you select the area to shoot RT and if the RT passed you can prepair the WQT/WPQ (welder qualification) as it is accept in code  as a production weld, if passed the RT then the welder will be qualified. This is to solve your issue currently.
But this is not a proffesssioal approach as our group member noticed.

for structural project the sub vendor has done welding with out qulified welders now this sub vendor is saying they will produce wqt with in one week with previous date.so my question is wheather it is accptable ,if it is acceptable please provide the refrence. awating for your reply.
