Hello Srinu, The least you can do now is prepare WPS and PQR using production welding parameters, run mechanicals as required and hope all will come OK. We had one similar case when ASME AI allowed the same under what provisions I am still not sure. He picked one WPS we had closest to the case at hand and used welder qualifications based on P Nos. and F Nos.
