Can any one give me a link where can i find the Russian Standards for welding and NDT methods. As I was new to shipbuilding industry I dont have much knowledge regarding the Russian Standards and where can I get the information if any of you have in the information related to Russian Standards I request you to please provide me the information by dropping a link here.
