Subject: [MW:15948] Consumable insert for pipe to pipe wlding

Dear experts,

We are the leading industrial valve manufacturer in Coimbatore ( INDIA),
we have requirement of pipe to pipe "butt joint" welding by TIG process
with RT quality.
Pipe materials are ASTM A 335-P91 & A106 Gr B pipe and sizes are
1/2",3/4"& 1"sch 160.
While welding of pipes we need to maintain 2.0 mm root gap with full
penetration.
How to carry out this type of welding with RT quality ?
Can you give solution for this requirement?
Can we use consumable inserts between pipes ? If yes where should get
the consumable inserts in INDIA ? who are the suppliers?

Kindly send your recommendations & address.

Advance thanks and regards,
