[MW:15921] Hardness at the HAZ.

Dear Friends, Needed some expert advise from you folks,

We have a Qualified WPS for P1 to P1 material, but the hardness in the PQR ranges from 200 to 307 Vickers. The material is SA537 Cl 1. We have a client specification that says that the PQR Harness shall be  limited to 200 BHN in the HAZ. Kindly advise me if the PQR is liable to be rejected and will be liable to do a requalification. If requalification is to be done, how do i maintain, the hardness within the specified range.  The PQR is subject is 18mm Plate with no Pre heat and Inter pass temp was max 205 C when I had qualified.

2. I am aware of the essential variable requirements for F No. for Welder Qualification. But to reconfirm my doubt, I would like to know, if a welder who is qualified in E7018 (F4) can weld E316L (F4 or F5?)

Thanks in advance.
