Dear Experts ..

Please clarify ::

Q1. In Branch connection , Usage of RF pad depends upon which factors??. Is B 31.3 states any requirement ??

Q2. Which code specifies dimension  of "Bar Tee" used for pipeline Pigging? ( 52 " ) ?

Q3. In our project , we have to weld 52 " ( 19.1 mm)  x 18 "( std sch)  branch ( Stub In)  with RF pad. Header pipe thickness 19.1 mm.In ISO, it is mentioned to use RF pad of thickness 38.2 mm, But we have material of 19.1 mm thickness at site , issued by client.

 Is it really possible to weld two 19.1 mm ( 2 x 19.1 mm= 38.2  mm) Rf pad  to make it 38.2mm ?? If yes , what will be the weld joint configuration??

Thank you for your valuable time.

With Regards.
