Yes. you can. please refer SA/A961 - Section 8.3. but the tolerance for heat and product analysis are not same.

Dear Expers, Good day, As per SA 182 of ASME Sec. IIA, Nitorgen content is mandatory element to be certified in WTC by forgers.
