SMOOTH MEANS - NO SHARP EDGES  LIKE A CURVATURE FINISH
 
GROUND FLUSH  MEANS  -IN CASE OF ORIFICE FLANGES INSIDE  WELD  WE DO GRINDING AND  MATCH WITH BASE METAL THICKNESS

Please differentiate two terminology of ground smooth and ground flush in fabrication.
