[MW:14578] Any option available to test RF pads acc to API 650.?

Hello,

 

We are fabricating Oil storage tanks  according to API 650..!!

 

I would like to know is there any option for testing of the Reinforcement pads excluding pneumatic test . The Rf pads have been welded and the tell-tale holes have been filled up by the

welder,due to miscommunication.
