Dear Sir
I have a concern regarding PQR related to this issue.
If we weld dish head seam with consumable having alloying elements (A No. 10), metallurgically there will not be an issue. PQR also qualified for the same consumable & heat treatment condition (Normalizing + Simulated PWHT).
But later, if the head is being welded to main shell with normal carbon steel consumable A No.1, all other portions i don't have concern except the area of A No. 10 to P No. 1 joint. Is another PQR required to qualify that portion?

serious electrode will not work out, after heat treatment strenght
will come below minimum requirements,
Pl go for 8serious loke 8018-G ( tenaloy 60/65) for SMAW and for SAW
go for alloy steel wire -B2
