if the working temperature under –40deg.C, concerning that you have a PWHT progress, I suggest that you may choose below products.
- SMAW: E7018-1
- SAW/Flux: F6P8-EM12K
 
Bohler, ESAB, Lincoln are right for you.

Dear Experts 
Hi ,
further can anyone suggest me that the electrode for SMAW  and Electrode and flux wire combination for SAW Process.
Details as are
1. Material - SA 516-70
2.Thickness-70 mm
3.Normalizing-  ( 920 Deg - 150 min )  +  Dress relieving ( 620 Deg - 350 Minutes ).
also please suggest that how we can choose the electrodes and fluxes for a particular weld by using ASME Section 2 Part C.

E71T-1C  is Charpy Impact tested at -20degC E71T-1CJ is Charpy impact tested at -40degC. AWS Classification for FCAW is only a supplementary...
