E310-15 is fully Austenitic grade SS.
If you check the ferrite number by Ferritometer, you will get readings from 0 to 1 FN.
 
The hot cracking tendency is taken care by the increased level of Mn content @ 2.0 %.

A Vessel is being fabricated as per ASME SEC VIII DIV 1.
 
overlay with E 310-15 has been done on flange gasket face.
 
Please inform Ferrit number required for this overlay.

Hi,  You are correct, Minimum refers to the one cycle for which this part will expose until final work shop PWHT. hence mill test certificate shall include this.  Max. SPWHT, refers to additional cycles of heat treatment that are reserved for future repairs during equipment lifetime.  Again, these simulated no.
