[MW:13438] HP-50 to SS-310 welding consumables

Dear experts,
 
Let me have your recommended filler wire/electrode for welding HP-50 (centrifugally cast reformer tubes) to A240-TP310 plate. please also advise if any precaution such as preheat/postheat,.... to be followed.
Please note that these two pieces will become a support at high temperature furnace and will not be the pressure containing parts.
