[MW:13215] arc blow in twin MAG welding

Dear all,

 I need some clarification in twin MAG welding.
I designed a twin torch for mag welding. We operated two 2.4 mm electrodes by using one power source.

In that while welding i found arc blow is one of the major problem. How to prevent it?

The distance between two electrodes is 10mm.

Now i planned to
1. reposition the negative cable
2. reduce electrode dia to 2.0mm

If the problem not solves by using this what can  i do further.

Hi,  You are correct, Minimum refers to the one cycle for which this part will expose until final work shop PWHT. hence mill test certificate shall include this.  Max. SPWHT, refers to additional cycles of heat treatment that are reserved for future repairs during equipment lifetime.  Again, these simulated no.
