Hi Karandish, I was always thought that manufacturer only prepare 1 (one) certificate on material that you purchased. Double MTC may be issued for the same heat number, but not for each item that you purchased. If you have still doubt, you can obtain MTC validation from origin of manufacturer. I did this in several occasions and I got the answer.

Dear Karandish;
ASTM spec for: ASME SA-106 is a Standard Specification for Carbon Steel Pipe for High-Temperature Service
SA333-6 is a Standard Specification for Seamless and Welded Steel Pipe for Lower Temperature Service ( minimum impact value at -45degC is lower than what would have to be used to test SA106B.)
so u need to do charpy impacts wich should meet with certain minimum values of your design then u ll see if the material is compatibal with your system (if u gonna need the material for high or lower temperatures)
regards
