Materials can be dual certified or even triple, as long as it meets all the criteria for what it is being certified for. SA-333-6 must have a Charpy for -50F / -46C.

As per our order vendor should supply seamless pipe to SA-333 Gr 6, but he supplied the pipe with dual material certificate of SA-106 Gr B/SA-333 Gr 6. please let us have your comment.
please note that our design code is ASME B31.3.

Hi,  You are correct, Minimum refers to the one cycle for which this part will expose until final work shop PWHT. hence mill test certificate shall include this.  Max. SPWHT, refers to additional cycles of heat treatment that are reserved for future repairs during equipment lifetime.  Again, these simulated no.
