Dear all,
-- I have faced the same problem, but with little gap between the two joints (of nozzle's RF pad and vessel's circumferential weld).
You shall choose between;
- Trimming the RF pad and verifiy your design
- Let the two joints overlap and do RT in the interference zone
- Proceed with self reinforced nozzle instead of yours

if I understood correctly, the nozzle pad is intrfering with weld seam ,is it correct?
