you can use a welding process having least dilution. this is very tricky welding in which you need to take care of dilution else you will be land up in cracks after PWHT. Most of the litratures are suggesting NiCu1 for barrier layer (to take care of chemistry due to dilution) and subsequent layer with NiCu7. alternately you can also use Nicu7 for barrier and subsequent layers. SMAW and P-GMAW both can give satisfactory results but special care for welding and good welder skill is required.
