[MW:12671] need to add a pipe to a piping station, do we need to make hydrostatic test again?

Dear Welding People

I have 1 question for you

We had finished the hydrotesting of the pump station. But now electric
company ask for adding 1 pipe (2 inch) to a 40" pipe. But we have
already finished the hydrotest for this line. I need to know does
anyone know any standard or specification that tells any solution for
this sitaution except re-hydortesting.

Thanks for kind attention
