Dear Sir,
Ferrite percentage acceptable for weld metal and HAZ is depending on the applicable specification; 35 – 70 % is often used but please take a look at the applicable specification which should specify such.
For piping and vessels the base material specification will give requirements for acceptance criteria of material, but in most cases requirement for ferrite content is not mentioned. Normally this should be between 40 – 60 % as a general accepted value. In cases where base material specification doesn’t specify any requirement for ferrite content this should also be specified by your client as a supplement requirement in his project specification. But normally when material is produced according to the base material specification the ferrite content will always be acceptable (is determined by chemical composition and final heat treatment).

up to how much % ferrite we can accept the weld metal...?
what is the reference std for this for piping and pressure vessels.
