[MW:12334] Under water welding consumables

Dear Experts,
please clarify how can I understand and specify a wet welding electrode? Is there any standard for this purpose? I had e look on AWS D3.6, but it just reference to some AWS A5.X series which are probably suitable for dry underwater welding.

Thanks for your notes
