[MW:12172] effect of heat treatment on impact properties & HIC Properties

Greetings.

 

consturction code - ASME SEC VIII DIV 1

 

SHELL Material  - SA 516 GR 70N  HIC - 30 MM Thk.  PWHT is required on the Job at 610 deg Ceclcius.( Minimum). MDMT  is -46 Deg Celcius.

as per client Simulation Heatreatment( 3 Cycles ) is required.

 

 

what will be the effect of Simulation heatreatment ( 3 cycles) on IMPACT Properties.

 

also HIC testing shall be done after one cycle OR 3 Cycles.

 

What will be the effect of Simulation heatreatment ( 3 cycles) on HIC.

 

Please suggest.
