[MW:12117] Design and Fabrication of Tantalum Piping & Equipment.

Hello Everybody.

Good day to you all. It has been long time since my last blog.

I would like to get responses from experienced members who have actual
experience with tantalum to provide any recommended practices and any
international code reference details with regard to the subject
material system.

Any alternative methods adopted, like cladding or alternative
materials used like glassteel are also welcome. Tantaline experience
is most welcome.

Actual documents and propreitary information are not sought here. Only
reference information available from public domain is sought.

Issues concerning are availability, reliability, sizes, design (Stress
issues), welding complexity, welding qualifications, fabrication
feasability at field, for Tantalum and other alternative types
proposed as indicated above.

Thanks.
