Mr Navaneethakumar,

                  Please can you  give more details like design code,service condition. design temperature and pressure.

if the  service condition are   high pressure&temperature  then these are not acceptable..!!

if it is normal  pressure  and temperature depends on service condition you  can make your  judgement and accepted..!! 

simply rejecting is not a correct solution always !!!!
