Heat Input is low and dilution is minimum

When setting parameters, choose less possible time for high current
and more time for background current in each cycle.
increase the frequency as much as possible (to the extent that doesn't
cause unstability)
background current as low as possible, onlu enough to keep the arc alive...!!!
high current as low as possible, only enough to detach the molten driplet

High travel speed and voltage for first run

That will do...!!!
