Dear Babu,
 
1) Select the welding consumables with higher Nickel ( as permitted in ASME II C), lowest possible FE content.
2) Select proper process ( if possible practically like Pulse GTAW/GMAW)
3) Control Heat Input.
4) Have minimum 2 layers ( 4-5 mm thk.) to get required chemistry.This offcourse depends on requirements.

What are the steps to taken to reduce the iron content less than 5 %
