generally weld situation is fillet .If your client accept this then it is ok.
-- if we was there we try an fillet break test for the welder to ensure no lack of fusion with welding location.

Hi all,--
We have to weld some supports (P°45) - Fillet welds - in boilers tubes T91(PN 15E), T22 (PN°5A) and T12 (PN°4) grades, filler metal to be used is INCONEL.
Welders test is done GTAW/SMAW T12 Materials.
Accordind ASME, we have to qualify welders in this configuration but Client ask just to do one internal test, if visual is ok, welders can welds in production.
What we can do, as quality inspector, in this case?
