[MW:11832] Crack - Anchor-support welded in Tube

Hi all,

In boiler revamping project, We welded Anchor-support (PN°45) to Tube Grade T22 (PN°5A).
Anchor was quipped from existing anchors support of boiler Super heater , after grinded and Penetrant test was done acceptable. Tube also  existing in boiler (The work is just to change the Anchors-supports).
Weld is done according client WPS, Filler inconel ENiCrFe3, preheat @ 150°C, no postheat and no PWHT.
After welding, one crack in Anchors-support base metal. I have a doubt, crack it coming from micro-crack in base metal or from metallurgical structure of Anchors. may be anchors in heat treated on boiler cycle in Combustion room.
I advised to get new Anchors but i hv'nt suffisant arguments. See crack photo in attached

Any body have idea !

Kind regards.
